Accountant | Finance Manager | Financial Wellbeing Coach

Financial Accountant Accreditation Logos

I help people in the community with financial wellbeing, coaching to self-manage the rising cost of living, budgeting and basically helping them sort out their day to day cash flow.

Through using a simple, clear and honest approach, step by step tools and offering on-going support and accountability for managing cashflow, I help people achieve their success with independence around managing their own finances.

If you're in a financial pickle, I hear the same story everyday.
I'd like to help you sort your cash flow out.

No embarrassment. No Judgement.

Note: This is not a financial planning service. I am not a financial planner, nor will I be recommending products or giving you financial advice.
However I am a qualified Financial Accountant and work instead on sharing tools and plans, so you come out with a clearer picture of where you want to go and the clear steps to get there. I am allowed to share ATO laws and rulings, practical insights, structural analysis, and compliance guidance to support your overall financial wellbeing.

About me

With over 30 years of professional experience in accounting, finance and business management, I've spent my career helping people and organisations understand their finances, make better decisions, navigate the ups and downs that life throws at us and take control of their financial future.  I'm a qualified Accountant, experienced Finance Manager and member of the Institute of Professional Accountants (IPA) and Registered BAS Agent.

I've worked across a wide range of industries, helping businesses navigate financial challenges, manage budgets and build financial confidence.

But here's what I've learned along the way: You don't need to be good with numbers to be good with money. You just need the right tools, a little guidance and someone in your corner.

There’s no magic here, no secret tools and great reveals - they are well shared on-line and published, not to mention AI – who will promise to “do it all for you”. I’ve posted the links to my favourite books and content below, which you are welcome to work through yourself. However if you get to the stage the all the information out there is your problem and you need some help to cut through the financial jargon, this is where my coaching comes in.

Coaching Services - the 3 step approach
No complicated financial talk. Just honest conversations, practical tools and someone in your corner.

Step 1:

45min Zoom call

This is where I listen to you and your current position, your needs, wants and your goals.

This is a starting point for where we need to go and what we need to develop to get there.

We look at your priorities and what realisitically achievable.

I recommend you complete a simple, personal finanical health check and

I give you the tools and the hows to do it.

Its the best way to identify your spending patterns and behaviours.

The information is important for us to develop a plan and the conditions of success to make it happen.

Step 2:

Understanding your money

I help you map your current spending and work out how much you spend on the different categories of life:

- Keeping the lights on:

(this is your #1 minimum of the funds you need)

- Intermittent Expenses: These are irregular, unexpected, or occasional costs that do not happen every month. Examples include car repairs, home maintenance, medical bills

- Lifestyle Spend: These are non-essential "wants" rather than needs.

It’s not about judging yourself, it’s about getting to know yourself better. By looking closely at your daily money habits, you will be able to make realistic choices about where you want your money to go.

Step 3:

45min Zoom call & follow up

The tools to build your financial independence.

We look at 5 actions you can start straight away. Each are small yet achievable steps to get you to where you want to go financially.

Develop confidence:

Build everyday and ongoing money habits, set achievable goals and create a straightforward action plan to stay on track.

You'll also receive easy-to-use templates, step-by-step guidance and agreed follow-up accountability to help put your new skills into practice.

I will be there to coach you and then there to make you accountable so you have all the support you need to stick with the plan .

What you'll walk away with

  • A clear understanding of where your money goes

  • A simple, personalised plan you can actually stick to

  • Practical tools to manage bills and everyday expenses
